Returns Requirements

To initiate a return:

  • The request must be within 30 calendar days of receipt.
  • Artwork should be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proper packaging is essential for a refund.
  • Carefully unpack artworks to avoid damage.

Damaged Artworks Procedure

We offer complimentary exchange for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. Let us deal with courier companies.we will ship out the replacement just in a few days. 

Return Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a return and an additional 14 calendar days to complete it.

Because all the paintings are purely handmade. If the buyer cancels the order for no reason more than 10 days after the purchase, the buyer will have to pay a production fee of $50-$150.

Non-Refundable Cases

If the artwork doesn't suit your need after receipt, shipping costs for return are your responsibility. A full refund is issued upon return receipt.
